How Fast Can We Give You A Quote?

Don started chatting with someone who came to our site and wanted to rent a lift for a day. Don got the info needed, then was able to send a quote to the customer within 10 minutes. This is pretty normal for us, at least during business hours here in Phoenix, Monday through Friday. It’s yet another way that we strive to “make it easier for someone to buy” (or rent) one of our lifts. Our customers are busy people who want to get the info as soon as they can, so they can keep moving on with their day. Plus, if there is a boss who is open to the idea of a lift versus manual lifting (yay!), our customer will want to get that quote to the boss ASAP. And we can even provide a short customized slide deck on the safety and efficiency benefits of having the right lifting solution for your operations, which you can send to your boss along with the quote. Renting a lift is a great solution if you only have a one-time or super immediate need.
