Satisfaction is guaranteed for every ServerLIFT® data center lift and attachment. When requesting a return or replacement, the request must be made and the product returned within 30 days from purchase in the US only; for international orders, contact your distributor.
Please provide proof of purchase, including the order invoice or serial/packing slip number. If the terms of the limited warranty have been violated, the product is no longer eligible for return. If terms have been met, we will accept return of the product and refund the full purchase price. Refunds and exchanges without proof of purchase provided may be limited or denied.
How to Return an Item
To determine if a purchased item is eligible for return, please contact our sales and support team here to initiate the return process. Return items can be sent to the appropriate ServerLIFT® or ServerLIFT® distribution facility. Some items manufactured by ServerLIFT® may be eligible for return pickup.
