ServerLIFT® maintains a global network of trusted providers to ensure swift service for our customers. With the help of these validated distributors and resellers, ServerLIFT® customer support is able to respond in a timely fashion to questions or requests for help launched from virtually anywhere in the world.

Outside the US, please contact ServerLIFT to confirm if service is available in your area. For remote areas, some repairs might require either shipping the unit or having components shipped to the customer and/or acceptance of our guidance through simple service.
