In most cases, domestic inquiries received during our business hours take just a few hours to receive a quote.  International requests may take a bit longer, but we still work to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Step 3:  Place the order.

Once you receive your quote, simply submit a purchase order or provide your credit card information to complete your order.

Note: If you’re paying by credit card, we collect your card details over the phone to keep your information secure.

How to Avoid Delays?

You can keep your turnaround quick by sending us all the information we need up front.

To build your quote or fulfill you order, we’ll need:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Your contact information, including your phone number, email address, and delivery address.
  • Whether you are a reseller (if so, we’ll need the end user’s company name and location)
  • The name and contact information of someone who will receive your order during delivery.
  • A few operational details to help us match the right lift and delivery method to your facility’s needs and constraints.

Choose Shipping That Protects Your New Asset?

Our approved carriers offer:

  • Safe anchoring methods that prevent shifting and tipping during shipment
  • Built-in claim and replacement processes in the rare cases where shipping damage occurs.
While you can choose your own third-party carrier, please understand that we have no control over what happens after a product leaves our dock.

We Make Delivery Planning Easy?

We understand that you might be dealing with constraints that could make deliveries a little more difficult. Please tell us up front if you have:

  • No loading dock
  • Tight delivery areas
  • Trailer restrictions
  • Height, width, or weight limits
  • Security restrictions such as ID requirements, gate codes, call boxes, etc.
We can usually work around constraints, but only if you let us know ahead of time!

What To Do When Your Order Arrives?

Please inspect your new equipment before signing for the delivery.  This preserves your claim rights if damage happens during shipping.  If you do notice damage, flag “Noticeable Damage” on the Bill of Lading and take some photos.  Notify us as soon as possible so we can help to make it right.  If you shipped using your own carrier, please report any shipping damages to them.

Once you’ve had time to set up your new equipment and see it in action, expect an email or a phone call from us.  We’ll check in after a few days or weeks to confirm that delivery and setup went smoothly.  After all, that’s the whole point of standardizing this process.  We want to make sure every order follows the same predictable path from quote to delivery and onward to making heavy IT moves safe, easy, and routine.
