Please inspect your new equipment before signing for the delivery. This preserves your claim rights if damage happens during shipping. If you do notice damage, flag “Noticeable Damage” on the Bill of Lading and take some photos. Notify us as soon as possible so we can help to make it right. If you shipped using your own carrier, please report any shipping damages to them.
Once you’ve had time to set up your new equipment and see it in action, expect an email or a phone call from us.
