The ServerLIFT SL-1000XPL™ Folding Platform Electric Data Center Lift combines heavy-duty lifting capacity with an integrated fold-down platform for safe equipment handling from virtually ground level to the rack. Designed for technicians who regularly work with heavy servers and equipment in lower rack positions, the SL-1000XPL™ eliminates the need to manually lift equipment onto the platform or into the lowest rack spaces.

Its folding platform supports up to 1,000 lbs. when folded and up to 500 lbs. when unfolded, giving data center teams a versatile solution for transport, installation, removal, and equipment unpacking. The supplied spec sheet confirms the 1,000-lb folded-platform center capacity and 500-lb unfolded-platform center capacity.

The SL-1000XPL™ combines the capabilities of a heavy-duty ServerLIFT® data center lift with an integrated folding platform designed specifically for low-reach applications. Instead of mounting and removing a separate platform extension whenever equipment needs to be handled near floor level, technicians can simply unfold the built-in plate and lower equipment to less than one inch from the ground.

The oversized fixed platform measures approximately 20 by 30 inches, providing ample support for wide and long servers while creating a stable working surface for installation and removal.

Lowest platform height, unfolded: 0.9 in.

Handle Heavy Equipment From Floor to Rack

The SL-1000XPL™ is designed for one of the most physically demanding jobs in the data center: installing and removing heavy equipment from the lowest rack positions. Its integrated folding platform reaches virtually to floor level, allowing technicians to transfer equipment onto the lift without manually hoisting it onto an elevated platform.

Once loaded, the equipment can be raised and precisely positioned for installation using the lift’s powered controls.

Integrated Folding Platform

The built-in folding platform gives technicians both standard heavy-duty lifting and low-reach functionality without requiring a separate platform extension. Fold it down to reach equipment near floor level, or return it to its standard position for loads up to 1,000 lbs.

Near-Ground-Level Reach

With the platform unfolded, the SL-1000XPL™ can lower equipment to approximately 0.9 inches above the floor, eliminating the need to manually lift heavy equipment onto the platform. The engineering drawing identifies a lowest unfolded platform height of 0.9 inches.

Heavy-Duty Load Capacity

The platform supports up to 1,000 lbs. when folded and up to 500 lbs. at the center when unfolded, allowing one lift to handle both heavy rack-mounted equipment and low-level installation tasks.
