The past couple of years have been unprecedented and discouraging, due to supply chain interruptions and delays. The situation led to a huge backlog of orders. At its peak, it was taking 24 weeks from receipt of order for us to build and prepare certain units for shipment. We worked through the backlog as quickly as we could, but continued to face delays on our materials and parts to build new lifts and attachments. The good news is, we got out of backorder status more quickly than we thought we would. For two of our models we can now ship within our normal 2-3 business days from receipt of order. All of us here are very happy about this, and, obviously, so are our customers!
