When ServerLIFT® holds a team workshop, it’s not just any type of workshop. It’s fun, eye-opening, and most of all, an opportunity to learn about each other in the best possible ways. And last week’s was another great one! This time we focused on a few key areas such as understanding ourselves and our teammates, different types of communication, and the variety of skill sets we all possess, to name a few. We facilitated that by taking a special pre-workshop assessment, setting specific goals we wanted to achieve, planning for group exercises, and reflecting on timely questions and scenarios that we could all discuss together. All that prep worked, because it was one of the most successful team workshops we’ve had. Now, we’re ready to put what we learned to work helping data centers find the best solutions for their needs.
