After delivering a couple of SL-500X® motorized lifts for a short-term rental, the project manager realized that some of the equipment they wanted to lift was heavier than the 500 lb load limit of the rental machines.  They called us as soon as they received their lifts to inform us of their oversight.  We quickly got the first set of rental units swapped out with a pair of SL-1000X® super-duty lifts (with 1000 lb max weight capabilities) to their site without delaying their project. 

After the initial rental period, they found them so useful, they called us to delay returning the machines by another week!
