We were speaking to a potential customer recently who let us know that they had purchased a RackLift instead of a ServerLIFT®-brand lifting device. Once it arrived, they had to rig it to get it up a ramp, which they found to not only be dangerous, but also useless; it could not fit in the right spots to lift their equipment.
