Ok, well maybe not a road trip, but we are flying two of our Service Specialists out to a customer’s site in Kentucky to repair some of their lifts. We’ve been to this customer’s site several times for basic repairs, and we discussed training their staff to perform these types of repairs to save money on service calls. While this training has an upfront cost to the customer, it will save them a lot of money in the long run. And it will ensure that their lifts are always up and running in optimal condition. We take our product very seriously and want to ensure that our customers are educated on how simple most repairs can be. Of course, if repairs are not your thing we can always send out one of our service partners to do them for you.
