Ouch! A customer purchased a lift—not one of ours—10 years ago. It was their go-to lift until it recently failed, got bound up, and almost claimed the finger of an engineer! Now no one trusts it, obviously, and they are actually scared of using this lift. After this incident, they decided to purchase an SL-350X lift from us and they LOVE it! The only plus to the older lift is that it fit underneath the cabinets that they have to move. So we have sent them information on our PL-500X attachment to see if they can use this to move the cabinets. And, they are also interested in our buyback program to help them get rid of that scary lift and get the right device from us.
