Our global support model is built around all three. You get direct support from our team, backed by a network of trusted providers and validated distribution partners across numerous regions. Better still, we work within your data center security and receiving constraints, so you never have to worry about roadblocks stopping you from getting what you need.
How It Works

Support hours are 8 am to 5 pm AMT. Our team will respond within four business hours.
2. We find the fastest path to a resolution.
Every situation is different, so we don’t route every request through the same process. Depending on your location and the issue, resolution may include:- Remote troubleshooting with guided service instructions
- Shipping components directly to you with clear installation guidance
- On-site service where it is available through our provider network
For locations outside the U.S.:
Kontakt us to confirm service availability in your area. We will try to coordinate through a validated distributor or reseller in your region. For remote locations, some repairs may require shipping the unit to us or having us send the components to you with guided instructions. What To Include With Your Request For The Fastest Possible Service
The more context you give us, the faster we can route your request and get your data center lift back serviced. When you reach out, please include:
- Your lift model and serial number
- Your country and site location
- A description of the issue and the operational problems it is causing
- Details of any facility restrictions that will affect access or delivery (security requirements, delivery windows, dock constraints, etc.)
