A customer had ordered 15 of our SL-1000X^® Super-Duty lifts. We packed and prepared them for shipment. More than a week later the customer still had not come to pick up the freight. The freight was taking up space in our warehouse making it hard for us to get other orders packed for customers who were ready for their orders to ship. We reached out to the customer and said we’d be happy to build his lifts when they were ready. They didn’t mind. This turned out to be a win-win. We helped a lot of customers get orders fulfilled while the original customer worked out their shipment logistics.
