Last week, we had a gentleman call us in search of specific parts for his material lift. He had been trying to locate them for a while to no avail. We know how tiring and frustrating that process can be. And even though we don’t carry parts for lifts other than our own, we immediately sprang into action to assist him. First, we offered to locate the manufacturer that had the parts he needed. Next, we looked up the number for the manufacturer and gave it to the gentleman so he could call. The gentleman was deeply touched by our willingness to go above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. He even told us multiple times, “Wow! You are so nice!” High praise! We’ll take it. But honestly, we’re always happy to LIFT up anyone who needs our help!
