Why We Recommend Shipping Your Lift With Our Preferred Carriers
ServerLIFT uses carriers that specialize in moving services or that operate with a white glove service standard to ensure that our products arrive at their final destination in great shape. We contract with van lines that are familiar with moving our products. ServerLIFT pallets are tall and heavy. They are at risk for shipping mishandling by carriers unfamiliar with our products. We therefore strongly recommend against using common freight carriers (such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Roadway, etc.). If a customer insists on using their own 3rd-party carrier, we require them to complete, sign, and return a Release of Liability waiver before we prepare the product for shipment.
