Need Help? Call ServerLIFT!

Last week, we had a gentleman call us in search of specific parts for his material lift. He had been trying to locate them for a while to no avail. We know how tiring and frustrating that process can be. And even though we don’t carry parts for lifts other than our own, we immediately sprang into action to assist him. First, we offered to locate the manufacturer that had the parts he needed. Next, we looked up the number for the manufacturer and gave it to the gentleman so he could call. The gentleman was deeply touched by our willingness to go above and beyond to make sure he […]

Moving Your Data Center And Don’t Have The Original Packaging For Your Data Center Lift? No Problem!

Our customer called in saying that they are moving their data center across the country and wanted to know how they can safely transport their data center lift without having the original pallet and packaging that it came in. We advised them that we can help by either quoting them our new custom pallet and packaging, or by using our carrier to move the unit for them and keep the unit safe while in transport. They chose the second option for this situation. They were very happy with our assistance. We always recommend storing their packaging and pallets for future moves.
Do You Have A Need For A Custom Solution? Almost All Of Our Attachments Were Created From Customer Feedback

We have a customer who uses our short sling straps for our Lift Extension attachment and asked if we had a strap that was slightly longer. As we always do, we went into custom solution mode and contacted our vendor to see what we could do to help this customer. We were able to get straps made to the customer’s specifications. Now they are in the middle of testing them to see if this solution works. They may be placing an order for these longer straps for all of their Lift Extensions. These are the situations that make us glad we work here and can help.
Have A Short Deadline? We Do Everything In Our Power To Help.

We recently had an order that we shipped out, but it began to look as if it was not going to arrive on time to meet their deadline. We called our carrier and, even though this was happening right in the middle of the heavy-shipping-season holidays, they were able to get the unit to our customer on time. As a result, the customer was able to start their project on time. We love the challenge of doing all that we can to help our customers when they need it.
Feel Like Your Lift May Need An Inspection, But Not Sure Where To Start?

We get a lot of inquiries from our customers telling us that they think their lift needs an inspection, but are not sure where to start. The best and first place to start would be right in the Set Up section of the Operator’s Manual that comes with your lift. You will find tests for the winch motor function and the Easy-Glide Shelf. Of course, if you feel that you need a professional to come out and inspect the lift, we definitely offer onsite service. Just give us a call, as we are always here to help!
