Nice Customer Helps Us Help Other Customers
A customer had ordered 15 of our SL-1000X® Super-Duty lifts. We packed and prepared them for shipment. More than a week later the customer still had not come to pick up the freight. The freight was taking up space in our warehouse making it hard for us to get other orders packed for customers who were ready for their orders to ship. We reached out to the customer and said we’d be happy to build his lifts when they were ready. They didn’t mind. This turned out to be a win-win. We helped a lot of customers get orders fulfilled while the original customer worked out their shipment logistics.
Customer Will “Never Go Back” Now That He’s Tried Our Lift!
We received some very nice feedback from a new and now lifetime customer. He said one of our data center lifts was purchased by another facility in his company. He used that lift a couple of times and said he could never go back to the “junk we have in our own facility.” He has been working in this field for more than 30 years and said that these are far and away the nicest lifts he has ever encountered.

Last week, we had a gentleman call us in search of specific parts for his material lift. He had been trying to locate them for a while to no avail. We know how tiring and frustrating that process can be. And even though we don’t carry parts for lifts other than our own, we immediately sprang into action to assist him.
