You may be tempted to move a fully loaded server rack or cabinet to save time and effort. But you could be risking equipment damage and injuries that outweigh what you gain. These tips outline the right way to perform a move with less hassle than you might imagine.
2. Denver Colocation Facility to Expand Power Capacity
Flexential will be expanding the power capacity of one of its four Denver locations by 4.5MW, to reach a total of 11.25MW by the end of 2022. In total, they plan to reach 18MW at this Englewood facility, their largest so far within the city. Customers will have phased access to increases as they become available.
3. The GT-1000X Glide Table makes loading and unloading heavy servers easy.
The GT-1000X uses low-friction rollers to provide a nearly effortless loading and unloading experience. Simply slide the server onto the shelf, and then lock the rollers to keep your equipment stationary. Move it to another part of the facility and reverse the process for a completely stress-free transportation experience.
4. Behind the Scenes at ServerLIFT®
