A customer called in to let us know that he is passing our contact information over to his colleague so that the colleague can purchase a data center lift from us. Our customer said that he has three of our lifts and everyone always borrows them. “I have a hard time getting them back, because everyone loves them so much,” he said. Made our day, and we did, of course, reach out to his colleague. Maybe we can turn this into a win-win-win!
