Though we have a backlog of orders, we had a lot of orders that were incomplete due to missing paperwork, which we were still trying to obtain. This customer’s paperwork was all in order, though, giving us the opportunity to build and ship his lifts within a week. Submitting complete orders is very important so that we can get your order on our build schedule and get it shipped within the quoted lead time.
