We recently had an order that we shipped out, but it began to look as if it was not going to arrive on time to meet their deadline. We called our carrier and, even though this was happening right in the middle of the heavy-shipping-season holidays, they were able to get the unit to our customer on time. As a result, the customer was able to start their project on time.
