The global supply chain crisis seems to have affected almost everyone. A customer ordered a new lift several weeks ago, but we didn’t expect to be able to fulfill it for a few more weeks. When a big DC migration project got moved up to “next week,” they decided to rent a lift and called to ask about expedited shipping options. The rates were high, but, having no choice, they placed the order. We hated having to see them spend more than necessary.

Just before shipping out the rental, our production and fulfillment teams, who have been working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, actually had the customers’ new lift ready earlier than expected! They promptly canceled the rental and we shipped the original order instead. This last minute “catch” saved them thousands in rental and shipping fees. They were thrilled! “I think every time you called me it was with even better news than the last. Thank you SO much for taking care of us.”
