A while back, we decided that we would take a different approach to \u201csales.\u201d We put some of our best customer service people on the phones instead of \u201csalespeople.\u201d Their goal was simply to make it easier for our customers to buy, or even help them if <\/span>ServerLIFT<\/span>\u00ae<\/span> wasn\u2019t the perfect solution for them. We were so happy with the result. Revenue shot up, not only because we were helping the customers get exactly what they needed, but because their input helped us improve what we were doing. Our buyback and ability to service all types of data center lifts all came from this effort. It was a win-win for everyone!
