IBMs Einblick in die Verwaltung und Infrastruktur ihrer Rechenzentren wirkt interessant, r\u00e4tselhaft und vielleicht sogar absurd.<\/p>\n<h2>Rechenzentrums-Design<\/h2>\n<p>Laut IBM wurden rund 80% von Rechenzentren vor der Dotcom-\u00c4ra erstellt. Mit fast drei Vierteln der Zahl der Rechenzentren, die vor 1985 gebaut wurden, m\u00fcssen sie neu aufgebaut werden. Dies betrifft die Pflichten der Verantwortlichen <a href=\"https:\/\/serverlift.com\/de\/data-center-lifts\/sl-500fx\/\">Rechenzentrums-Design<\/a> und Rechenzentrumsverwaltung heute.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben einen langen Weg zur\u00fcckgelegt, als Bill Gates sagte, dass 640 K genug sein sollten und nichts f\u00fcr moderne Rechenzentren ausreichen w\u00fcrde, die energieeffizient sind, mehr Informationen verarbeiten und sicherer als gestern sind.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 1.5em;\">Verliere nicht die Beherrschung<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Die von Paris Hilton patentierte Beobachtung \u201eThat&#039;s Hot\u201c gewinnt in der Welt des Rechenzentrumsdesigns und der Rechenzentrumsstandards eine v\u00f6llig neue Bedeutung. Rechenzentren verlieren sehr schnell ihre Coolness und wenn sie dies tun, hat dies einen sehr gravierenden Effekt. Der Verlust von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und der Preisverfall bei Aktien sind keine seltenen Folgen daf\u00fcr, dass Rechenzentren nicht auf optimalen Temperaturen laufen. Hot beeintr\u00e4chtigt nicht nur die Serverleistung, sondern wirft auch Sicherheitsbedenken auf.<br \/>\nIBM behauptet, dass mehr als 501 TP1 der in ein Rechenzentrum eingespeisten Energie zur K\u00fchlung verwendet werden. Das eigentliche Computing bekommt nur ca. 3%! Diese unglaublichen Zahlen unterstreichen, wie wichtig und heikel die Aufrechterhaltung einer optimalen Rechenzentrumsumgebung ist.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Im Leerlauf\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Was w\u00fcrde Ihr Chef sagen, wenn Sie 7 Stunden lang in Ihrer 8-Stunden-Schicht nichts tun w\u00fcrden? Das Sitzen im Leerlauf ist anscheinend nichts f\u00fcr Menschen, sondern f\u00fcr Rechenzentren. In verteilten Computerumgebungen k\u00f6nnen bis zu 85% der Computerkapazit\u00e4t einfach nicht genutzt werden. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer Verschwendung der Lieferkette im Wert von rund $40 Milliarden. Nicht sehr effizientes Rechenzentrumsmanagement.<br \/>\nWas alle Rechenzentrumsmanager von dem oben Gesagten halten sollten, ist die Bedeutung der Effizienz. Steigende Kosten und umweltfreundliche Initiativen machen die Arbeit nicht gerade einfacher.
