We were speaking to a potential customer recently who let us know that they had purchased a Racklift instead of a ServerLIFT^®-brand lifting device. Once it arrived, they had to rig it to get it up a ramp, which they found to not only be dangerous but also useless because it could not fit in the right spots to lift their equipment. He told us: “The Racklift is too cumbersome, bulky, and difficult to use. It just sits in the corner and collects dust.” They no longer use the lift and are instead lifting equipment by hand, something we definitely do not recommend for safety reasons.

We explained our Buyback Program. He said that would be great for their situation; they could get rid of the Racklift and get a safely working lift at that location. We sent quotes on all four of our models with spec sheets and attachment information so the team could review and choose a ServerLIFT^® machine that best fits their use case. We just received their purchase order and are preparing for shipment.
